Hello colleagues, we have problems and queries about Microinvest FastPOS.

1. When we proposed the customer's decision, I called the national phone by asking the following question:
"Is it possible to print commodity receipts and invoices through the program?" - The colleagues' answer was yes, maybe. We asked why we can not demonstrate the unlicensed version at the moment - the answer was: "Because you're using a demo version, after licensing, you'll see options."
After a customer transaction and licensing, we find that we still can not demonstrate these capabilities of the program, and the client is a big producer and these functions are needed.

2. Assuming that your colleagues from the national telephone were not competent to answer us and mistakenly mislead us and Fast POS has no option for goods and invoices what will be printed from the program if we connect a non-physical mobile device instead of the fiscal one they bought from US.

3. When licensing Fast POS, we licensed one device (tablet) 2 times, as we did not obtain a license for successful licensing. The client has 2 licenses paid, how can we license the other device?

1. There are no restrictions during demo period. What printer do you have?
2. Microinvest FastPos doesn't have posibility for issue invoices.

What country are you from? Could you use http://mstpos.com instead of FastPos?
